Flexible solutions for an efficient working environment are in demand internationally. When it came to the technical equipment for a meeting room, a listed US financial company focused on quality, versatility and aesthetics with ELEMENT ONE.
When it comes to technical equipment, meeting and conference rooms are always a challenge. On the one hand, they should create conditions in which even larger groups of participants can communicate smoothly and work together productively, while on the other hand they must offer individual participants the opportunity to focus on individual tasks. This expectation must also be reflected in the technical equipment, which connects individual workstations with comprehensive conference technology via suitable interfaces.
All of these considerations were also central to a large US financial services provider from Ohio when the multi-billion dollar listed company with more than 7,500 employees commissioned the planning of a conference room. The room for meetings and conferences, which is of central importance to the company’s strategic success, had to meet the highest requirements for an efficient and creative working environment, while at the same time emphasizing the company’s position in terms of aesthetics.
The US company SVT from Brighton was commissioned with the individual planning and implementation. SVT offers customized audiovisual AV design, integration and support solutions, including AV-as-a-Service (AaaS) and managed services. The internationally networked company also relies on technical components from ELEMENT ONE in Kuppenheim, Baden-Württemberg, and dedicated on-site support from ELEMENT ONE North America in New Jersey.
SVT installed 17 MODIS FLEX 220 with integrated HiRes cameras and CONMIC microphone lifts for the project at the US financial services company, which was carried out between July 2021 and April 2023.
The electrically folding monitors with integrated keyboard lift are a combined screen/keyboard unit that can be used to create individual workstations, which can be extended as required using the quiet and precise stepper motor. The integrated camera makes it possible, for example, to create a hybrid conference and include all participants individually in a video transmission.
The CONMIC conference microphone lifts installed at the same time are fully coordinated with the design of the monitors and can be combined with suitable gooseneck microphones with an overall length of up to 530 mm. The motorized microphone lift also works with a reliable stepper motor and ensures that the communication technology required for conferences is available at the touch of a button or by remote control.
By combining both systems, with the solutions from ELEMENT ONE SVT creates optimal conditions for flexible, demand-oriented meetings of all sizes, both face-to-face and hybrid. Conference technology from ELEMENT ONE offers the same conditions for collaborative work, presentations and discussions as well as for individual tasks for participants.
